    Ing. Kwabena Bempong is a civil and road engineer with more than 30 years of design and construction-supervision experience. He holds an MSc with honours in Road and Pavement Engineering and is Chief Executive Officer of Associated Consultants Limited. His major assignments include the Pokuase Interchange, the Ofankor–Nsawam Road, the Ashaiman–Akosombo dual carriageway and the Accra–Tema Motorway and Extensions Project, where he serves as Chief Resident Engineer.

As Resident Engineer for roads on the Accra–Tema Motorway and Extensions Project with Associated Consultants Limited, he liaises with the client, contractor and stakeholders, monitors progress against the work project and ensures site compliance with the relevant specifications.

She holds an MPhil in Environmental Science from the University of Ghana and a BSc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. As Lead Consultant (Environmental, Social, Health & Safety) for Associated Consultants Limited on the Accra–Tema Motorway and Extensions Project, she leads ESHS oversight, compliance monitoring and stakeholder engagement for the corridor.

Benjamin Sackey is a civil engineer and project management professional with more than 25 years of experience across highway design, contract management and construction supervision in Ghana and internationally. He holds an MSc in Transportation Systems from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an Executive MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana Business School. As Project Manager for Maripoma Enterprise Limited on the Accra–Tema Motorway and Extensions Project, he leads the design and construction of the Section 1 corridor, overseeing contract management, quality control and the on-site workforce.

    Ing. Jihad El Zohbi is a project and highway design engineer with more than 20 years of experience across highway, urban road, infrastructure and building projects in the Middle East and Ghana. He holds a Master's in Topographic Engineering from the Lebanese Canadian University and has held design and site engineering roles with contractors including Mouawad–Eddeh, BATCO and Asphalt Hamat in Lebanon. As Project Engineer for Maripoma Enterprise Limited on the Accra–Tema Motorway and Extensions Project, he coordinates road, bridge and interchange design drawings, resolves design interfaces on site and oversees quantity take-off and construction verification for the corridor.
